The Institute of Early Childhood Development brought together Technical Team Members and Project Officers from the Four ECCE Sectors to review and fine tune the proposed projects for the National Action Plan 2017-2018 in a Validation Retreat on Friday 05th May 2017 at the Roche Caiman Community Centre.
The third edition of the National Action Plan for ECCE will continue to reinforce the holistic development of young children making salient some of the great initiatives of ECCE Sectors and IECD. The launch of the plan is forecasted for July 2017.
Each Project Officer went over their project with a small group of 3 participants. The participants were free to express their opinions on what they believed could improved in the project proposal.
The retreat was a valuable platform for professional sharing and discussion on ECCE which ignited innovative ideas to improve the projects further.
